Coaching is an ongoing partnership in which you as the client create more effective and satisfying life. The coaching process is strengths-based, forward-looking, action-oriented, and solution-focused. Coaching uses a process of inquiry, exploration, and discovery in conjunction with education, encouragement, structure, support and accountability to assist a client in identifying and reaching his or her own goals. Coaching also empowers a client through structured opportunities to increase self-awareness, envision possibilities, design actions, and progress stepwise to achieve personal development and success.

Health & Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching supports personal growth in times of transition or at any time you may be looking for support for forward movement. In wellness coaching, we work to explore your personal strengths, values, and goals, sources of inspiration, life balance, and wellness in service of creating and moving into a more satisfying life well lived.

ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is similar to life coaching and can include education about ADHD and executive functioning as well as the development of specific strategies to manage challenges that arise related to these conditions. In ADHD coaching, we explore your  strengths, challenges, values, goals, sources of support, and inspiration, life balance, and wellness. With this awareness, we address the development of skills and strategies needed to better manage ADHD and create and move into a more satisfying life well lived.
