Meet Liz

Hi, I am Elizabeth (Liz) Ahmann, ScD, RN, PCC, NBC-HWC . I am an ADHD and Health and Wellness Coach offering individualized, compassionate, evidence-based coaching, drawing on the latest research knowledge and best practices in the field. As part of my ADHD coaching, I specialize in working with gifted and highly gifted individuals.

I am the spouse of an individual with ADHD and mother of three (now) adults with ADHD, giftedness, and learning challenges. I hold a masters degree in nursing and a doctorate in public health as well as two coaching credentials: the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential from the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. I am a Professor and Curriculum Manager in the Health and Wellness Coaching Department at Maryland University of Integrative Health and conduct research on coaching as well.

I take my own professional education and development seriously. I have trained with Fast Track Academy; Mentor Coach; JST Training (for children, teens, and young adults); Laser Coaching Intensive; Wellcoaches; and through numerous other varied conferences and continuing education opportunities. I am committed to bringing the best skills, training, and research-backed practices to helping individuals develop the structures, support, skills, and strategies needed to meet their personal goals.
