ADHD AWARENESS DAY 7

October is ADHD Awareness Month – an international movement to educate the public and create greater awareness of and understanding about attention deficit disorder.

I am determined to help spread the word – and I invite you to spread the word with me!

Here’s one way you can spread the word today:

ADHD AWARENESS MONTH – DAY 7 ACTIVITY

Join the ADHD Awareness Month Coalition as it shares 31 facts about ADHD in 31 days via its facebook page: facebook.com/adhdawarenessmonth

Here’s an example of the type of interesting tips and tid-bits you’ll find (Tip#2):
“ADHD cannot be traced back to any single gene. It’s complex and unique – just like us!”

What’s even better: each tip links to an article with more in-depth information!

Share tips with others to spread the word!

This activity is just one of the great suggestions from the ADHD Awareness Month Coalition’s Calendar of 31 actions for 31 days of ADHD Awareness Month. I’ll be posting them daily to help spread the word.
